Steve Tewes was on the code enforcement board at the city of Miramar and had the chief building official and fire marshal on our client reference list. We also represented the city of Sunrise building department. Our drawings regularly proceed through the permit process with minimal or no comments; thus reducing project schedules and expediting the securing of the building permit

Our firm specializes in corporate commercial projects. Below is a list of some of the work we have completed that illustrates our speed. We completed a 150,000 square feet facility for Heartware located in Dade County. The facility composed of the executive department, conference rooms, biomedical manufacturing and a gymnasium with three site emergency generators as well as many other support areas. The schematic plan was completed in four days and the construction drawings in four weeks.

Ford Corporation – Autonomous vehicle facility
Humana relocated their 150,000 square foot regional headquarters located within a three building complex. The project was primarily office component with a 5,000 square foot computer room supported by an on site generator. The facility included a creative 5,000 square foot cafeteria providing a fun and relaxing environment for their employees. Humana’s move schedule was expedited, we arouse to the challenge by completing the Architectural and MEP construction documents with in three and half weeks. The schematic plan was completed in four days and the construction drawings is three and a half weeks We also designed the 85,000 square foot facility for Team Health. The facility composed of the executive department, conference rooms and a call center as well as many other support areas. The schematic plan was completed in four days and the construction drawings three weeks. We developed Tropical Financial Credit Union’s 47,000 square foot headquarters. Our design concept of the headquarters lead to an overall branding concept and design for their numerous branches that we have designed over the past few years. The schematic plan was completed in three days and the construction drawings in three weeks.
We completed a 120,000 square foot facility for GSA, Drug Enforcement Agency. Duke Realty was the developer. The project included a relocation of the South Florida head quarters and the development of their team atmosphere into new spatial standards. The project required an extremely high level of security and technology while still providing and inviting environment to the end user and public visitors. The schematic plan was completed in four days and the construction drawings in four weeks. Royal Caribbean put us to the test, they had to be in 40,000 square feet in six weeks. We completed the schematic in one day and the construction drawings in five days. The project was a success as they did move in six weeks thanks to the entire team consisting of the building department and the contractor. Crystal Cruise lines was a 25,000 square foot headquarters based in Miami. They moved from California to Florida. The schematic plan was completed in three days and the construction drawings in two weeks
