Humana relocated their 150,000 square foot regional headquarters located within a three-building complex. This project primarily showcased our expertise in office interior design, featuring a 5,000 square foot computer room supported by an on-site generator. The facility also included a creative 5,000 square foot cafeteria, providing a fun and relaxing environment for their employees. Humana’s move schedule was expedited, and as one of Florida’s top interior architects, we rose to the challenge by completing the Architectural and MEP construction documents within three and a half weeks. The schematic plan was completed in four days and the construction drawings in three and a half weeks.
We also designed the 85,000 square foot facility for Team Health, which incorporated executive departments, conference rooms, and a call center. This project highlighted our capabilities in high-end commercial interiors, with the schematic plan completed in four days and the construction drawings in three weeks.
We developed Tropical Financial Credit Union’s 47,000 square foot headquarters. Our concept for the headquarters led to an overall branding concept and design for their numerous branches, demonstrating our expertise in creating custom commercial interiors. Our team completed a 120,000 square foot facility for the GSA, Drug Enforcement Agency, developed by Duke Realty. This corporate office design project included relocating the South Florida headquarters and developing their team atmosphere into new spatial standards, reflecting our innovative approach to commercial building redesign. Royal Caribbean put us to the test; they needed to occupy 40,000 square feet in six weeks.
